Wrap the dough in a kitchen towel, white and floured, place it in the bowl used previously and leave it to rise in the oven off for 2 hours.

After 2h the volume should be increased, then knead slowly until you give it the shape you prefer, place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper and, still covered by cloth, let it rise for another 2 hours.

After the rest of the time you can proceed to bake, preheating the oven to 180 ° C / 200 ° C and letting it cook for 30/35 minutes. Attention to the temperature of the oven, if it is ventilated it will put less to cook and could burn.
