A simple, but really delicious, semifreddo made with cocoa cream without milk and eggs and embellished with orange juice and zest. One of those timeless combinations!

In a small pot with a thick bottom, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and vanilla powder. Amalgam the ingredients, then add the soy beverage.

Bring the saucepan over the heat and cook the cream continuing to mix until it has thickened (it will take about 5 minutes). Once ready, it also incorporates cocoa, then pour it into a bowl and let it cool.
