When the wine has evaporated, lower the heat of the stove and add the broth a little at a time, cooking the rice in the preferred cooking. In the meantime, wash and peel the prawns and cook them in a separate pan for 4/5 minutes

When the rice is almost ready, add the previously cooked courgette cubes and the previously washed shelled and seared prawns
