This is a cake that I like very much for its consistency and rustic flavor. It envisages the use of different types of flour, including corn, which gives it the characteristic texture, and nuts. Obviously I propose you the vegan version and with little use of sweetener (which you can vary as you please). It's perfect for breakfast and snacks, with a cup of tea.
