Boil the water for cooking gnocchi (I used gluten-free potato gnocchi, but do fine neutral gnocchi of any kind), while in a frying pan fry one teaspoon of oil.

When the oil is lukewarm, shred the shrimp (fresh or thawed before) and shake them for a couple of minutes.

Throw the dumplings in the water you drank while boiling the game, and waiting for the dumplings to spit add shrimp milk and a sachet of saffron.

Cook the shrimp for another minute in the lime-focused milk and with a drumstick remove the dumplings from the water as they come to the surface and put them in a pan together with the sauce.

Spice it all for less than a minute (lively fire) so that the milk becomes a light yellow cream and served with a fresh coriander leaf if you have it.
