Mix the flour, sugar and dry yeast (I used the one that does not need to be activated, 7g x 730gr of flour). Mix and add salt and oil.

Add the water slowly and knead vigorously. Form a homogeneous ball and let it rise in a warm place. I leavened for 10 hours.
