description
This cheesecake recalls in the taste and stratification the famous cold snack Kinder Pinguì. Perfect for this period as nothing is cooked, this cake is made up of a biscuit base, a soft heart of mascarpone and whipped cream and a delicious dark chocolate cover. Very good and fresh, it does not even contain fish paste in the filling, it is kept in the fridge and keeps it nice compact the same.
preparation
step 1
First chop the biscuits in the mixer, mix with the milk and melted butter and pour the mixture into the film coated pie. Compact the base well and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
step 2
Meanwhile, dissolve the 50 g of dark chocolate and on a sheet of baked paper make a chocolate plate of the size of the pan (I used a kitchen brush to make it thin and uniform).
step 3
Place the disc in freezer for 15 minutes so it solidifies well. Then prepare the cream by mixing the mascarpone with the sugar and veal, combine the whipped cream with firm snow and mix it all together.
step 4
Resume the base, distribute half cream by leveling it with a spoon, place the chocolate disc in the center and pour the remaining cream. Place the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
step 5
After this time warm the cream, bringing it almost to the boil, pour it on the previously chopped chocolate and mix with a whip so as to obtain a glossy and no lumps ganache.
step 6
Allow it to cool down completely at room temperature, then pour it onto the cake. Put the Kinder Pie cheesecake in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before serving it. I prepared it the day before.
