The recipe for these delicious pops of yogurt and fruit is taken from the book Cucinare a Colori by Jessica Callegaro and Lorenzo Locatelli, Macro Editions. It was a long time since I wanted to try my hand at making some homemade ice cream and finally I found a really easy and delicious recipe in this book, so I got to work. If you take sugar-free yoghurt you can sweeten it a little with the rice malt (as suggested by the original recipe) or with agave syrup or honey. I also added some chia seeds in the strawberry icicles;)
Preparing the lollies of yogurt and fruit is very simple. In a bowl I coarsely mixed the yogurt strawberries. I also added a teaspoon of chia seeds, if you prefer you can also not put them.
In another bowl, I mixed yogurt peach and amalgamated. If the yogurt is sugar-free you can sweeten it with the rice malt (as suggested by the original recipe) or the agave syrup or honey.
For a marbled effect I suggest you leave white parts in both versions. Finally I poured the compounds into the molds for the icicles and put in the freezer for one night. The indicated dose is for six lollies of yogurt and fruit.
