For those like me who can't let go of the goodness of porridge even on hot days, here is a tasty recipe. A classic coffee porridge with a surprise effect.

Prepare the porridge: combine oats, milk, water and coffee and put on the stove. Stir until the oats have absorbed everything and add the egg white. Mix for another 4/5 minutes. Let it thicken until the mixture is rather compact. Sweeten to taste.

Meanwhile prepare the filling: mash the banana and reduce it to a puree, add the cocoa and mix.

When the porridge is cold, proceed with the assembly: pour half of the porridge in a container and form the first layer, creating a small bowl for the filling. Pour over the banana cream, add the chopped hazelnuts and close with the remaining porridge.

Leave in the fridge for 40 minutes or, better yet, for one night and in the morning finish with a sprinkling of cocoa. Easy, fast and good.
