Place it in a bowl, coat it with contact film (ie the film must touch the surface of the cream) and put it in the refrigerator to cool.

If you have not already done so, now proceed by preparing the coffee or barley in which to bake your cookies and allow it to cool.

If you already have enough for your tiramisu light with macaroons, take the cream from the fridge and mount it in firm snow.
