description
We propose our Plumcake version of vegan with fresh fruit made with a flour made from an old and unbridged grain, the Saragolla. We then added color to this dough using a little Spirulina Algae to get the intense green color and nourishment in addition and the Curcuma Spice also called the Saffron of the Poor as its price is much more accessible but with important property at the level of being. The recipe is simple!
preparation
step 1
Melt the Spirulina Algae in a handful of Soy Milk for a couple of hours. In a large bowl pour the soy milk, cane sugar, corn oil and sweet yeast.
step 2
Mix everything well with a fork or spoon (as you prefer). Then add Saragolla grain flour or T2 flour. Mix all well until you get a homogeneous and smooth mix.
step 3
Divide it into two bowls: pour the spirulina into a spoon and knead well by always using a fork or spoon (as you prefer), in the other bowl add a bit of curcuma to the dough.
step 4
In the typical plumcake casserole, covered with an oven paper, first pour the green layer obtained with Spirulina Algae and then the yellow dough layer obtained with turmeric.
step 5
Take the strawberries, which you have previously washed and dried, and place them in a row at the center giving a little pressure leaving. Do the same thing on the sides with the raspberries.
step 6
Bake at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes. Before serving let it cool down and then make slices! Ideal for a good tea party!
