With the summer and the heat I like to eat something fresh and especially with lots of fruit! Also, this morning I didn't really want to cook and dirty the pots, so I fell back on a super easy and quick recipe that consists only in assembling the ingredients directly in the bowl! In my opinion, it is also a perfect breakfast to prepare for your better half if you want to start the day with romance and do something not too demanding but still good and delicious.

First let's take care of assembling all the ingredients of our bowl! Let's start by slicing the watermelon (or any other fresh fruit you have at home) and arrange it in a bowl. Now, add the yogurt.

Now we have to decorate with mixed seeds, chia seeds and puffed spelled; the quantities actually vary from your personal taste. As for the chocolate I decided to finely grate half the cube and the other half to leave it as it is to taste it better!

Now we can take care of our smoothie: combine the banana (possibly frozen), berries and coconut milk in the blender and, if you like, cinnamon or a teaspoon of lemon juice to make everything more summer and fresh!

And in a few minutes we have our super breakfast ready! It is easy, fast and tasty without having to dirty practically anything!
