Tasty tubettons are a fast first to prepare even at the last minute or for an unexpected lunch; both you and your guests, you will be pleased with this really easy to eat dish!
Chop the parsley and parmesan finely in the mixer and put them aside; also chop the ham.
Place a large frying pan in the EVO oil, minced ham and bake with flame for about 2/3 minutes;
Add the zucchini cut into small pieces, the nut and continue cooking for about 10/15 minutes with the lid (if you see it dries too elongated with a pinch of water).
Cook the tubettons in boiling and low salt water where you will loose the saffron sachet, drain them to the tooth and pour them into the frying pan
Add the chopped parmesan cheese and parsley, stuffed well, sprinkled with pepper and savor them hot.
