Red quinoa dumplings and organic decorticated peas with Greek yoghurt cream curry and fennel, and tomato sauce, capers and black olives
preparation
step 1
First, boil the salt water and cook the quinoa and the peas (depending on the products used). I used quinoa red with 16min cooking and organic decorticated peas 25min.

Once cooked, drain the whole and place it in a bowl. Add enough milk to get a moldable dough.

With your hands you can make balls, meatballs (if you want to make it in the oven you can go in the grated pan to give more crunchiness, if fried you can switch to full flour).

For the first cream, take natural Greek yogurt and add the curry qb, stir well to mix and then add the fennel.

For the second sauce, put in onion on a frying pan and fry for a few minutes and then add cherry tomatoes, capers and black olives and bake. Go to the minipimer and it's done!

If you like fried meatballs, fry them in fried oil for about ten minutes
