This dish is very startling and its goodness is given by a rich and tasty filling full of spicy cheese and top quality ham!
Remove the puff pastry and let it rest resting on the kitchen counter for a few minutes!
Serve tomato sauce with salt, oregano, chili (if you like it), 1 shallot and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Then sprinkle the pastry on regular pasta
Add over 4 slices of top quality cooked ham
Now smash the mozzarella and sprinkle it over the cooked ham filling more or less the entire surface!
