description
A simply good breakfast, specially made from slightly toasted figs!
preparation
step 1
Put in oats a pot (I use baby oats), sweetener, water (initially 50gr),
step 2
Milk, I used Granarolo lactose curcuma and vanilla milk, if you can not use the milk you prefer, just add some drops of vanilla and turmeric (qb)
step 3
And start baking alive (I recommend the Porridge almost always mixed) and bring it to a boil, cook at medium heat for at least another 5 minutes (if you need more water then add another 50gr)
step 4
Continue to bake and mix until the water has almost completely gone and the Porridge will have a compact, but not dry consistency.
step 5
Put it in a bowl and if you want to add 50gr of yogurt. Then take a bowl to put the cocoa to be diluted with a water cap (use the bottle cap as a measuring cup);
step 6
When you have created the creamy consistency (if you need to add more water, always use the stopper as a measuring cup) put some drops of sweetener in tic.
step 7
Preheat the frying pan and after having cut the figs with washers, place them on it and toss them on both sides as you like, I slightly toasted them (maximum for 5 minutes).
step 8
After preparing everything, put the porridge in the bowl, the figs with cocoa cream and hazelnuts and cooked and ready! :)
