first get some courgettes that are quite 'fat' and blanch them quickly in hot water. once you have done this, let them cool and cut them first in half and then lengthwise

using a teaspoon, gently remove the pulp and create the 'container' for the filling. the cooked pulp will be placed in a blender together with the rest of the ingredients listed: meat, egg white (or whole egg), parmesan and the chosen flavors, oil

place the 'courgette boats' empty on the oven plate and fill them with the mixture that you will have gone to obtain quickly blending (and more or less repeatedly depending on how you want the filling if coarse or not) the whole
