A very tasty dish! I did not imagine it turned out so good!
Peel the avocado extracting the core and put the avocado pulp in the mixer.
Add a tablespoon of oil, one of Parmesan, put the garlic clove, the basil leaves (one of the three if you prefer, leave it to beautify the dish at the end or put it in the mixer) and add a pinch of salt to taste
Blend all the ingredients previously put in the mixer. For those who prefer to mix everything with the juice the lemon can very well do it also preventing the cream created black (I do not like lemon so I preferred not to put it).
After obtaining a cream cut the cherry tomatoes with two or four slices and place them on a pan with a little oil and cook for a few minutes until they soften.
Cook the pasta and as soon as it is ready to cut it and pour the mixture ... then, stir. And finally add the tomatoes and enjoy your meal!
