Initially the idea was to experiment with a burger of salmon, but I found myself with a dough from the consistency completely different from that of a burger and I opted for the oven pie. exceptionally good, mouth-watering!
Start by washing and roughly cutting zucchini and carrots. Transfer them to a blender with oregano and chilli pepper and start chopping everything.
Then take a slice of salmon (my weight 100gr), clean it by depriving it of skin and any thorns, cut into cubes and add it to the already mixed vegetables.
Operate the mixer and let it go until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Using a spoon, put the dough in the cups that you will place in a muffin pan, sprinkle with some seeds and bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
When they are beautiful colored, it will not be enough to remove them from the oven and serve them with a good vegetable garnish!
