oday I come back with a new recipe. Even this time the simple ingredients are the stars of this delicious Plumcake hazelnut. I literally adore sweets with hazelnuts, I eat to no end. I think it's one of my winter comfort food.
In a bowl pour the flour, sugar and potato starch and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Then add the softened butter, the eggs, water and baking powder and mix it all with an electric mixer until mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Now also add chopped nuts and mix again. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and cook in the oven for 30 minutes (approximately) 180 °.
Once baked, let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
