I am a pizza lover, I would eat tons any time of day and any day of the week. Unfortunately, though (or fortunately ?!), my common sense often blocks me from calling the trusty pizza maker and makes me find so tasty alternatives but a bit more healthful, just to deceive my mind. I came across some recipes that show how to make gluten-free pizza using quinoa .. Here's my version. Vegan and gluten free!

First, rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water to remove the saponin after which I put it in a pot and cover it up to double the volume of the quinoa
