In a bowl mount the 2 eggs with 100gr of sugar. Add the melted butter and 100ml of floured milk, finally add flour and yeast.

Transfer the cream to a thick bottom pan, add a lemon peel and cook the cream stirring constantly to avoid creating lumps.

Let it simmer until the cream does not thicken. Remove the custard from the fire, allow to cool.
