First clean the green cabbage and cut it into small cymuses. Cook the cabbage in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile clean the onions and cut them into slices.

In a pan fry the spring onions with 2 tablespoons of oil and when they are soft add a teaspoon of tomato paste making it melt with a little water.

As soon as the cabbage is cooked, remove it from the water, taking care not to dispose of the cooking water. Add the cabbage to the frying pan and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Add the pine nuts and raisins.
