Coat a large cup with a film well adherent to the edges. Soak the two biscuits in the elongated coffee with water and coat the walls of the cup creating a compact layer. Refrigerate and prepare the cream.

When the dome is very cold, place it on a saucer and gently unstick the film. In a cup melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the mixture of water and cocoa.
