Today I would like to share with you a recipe in the book Food for the heart written in collaboration with Macro Group. In this case I'm talking about hummus, a cream based on chickpeas, typical of the Middle East but very widespread all over the world. The hummus that I would like to propose today has been enriched with mustard, turmeric and spring onions.
Put the previously drained and rinsed chickpeas into the mixer glass. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water, 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of mustard and 2 cloves of garlic.
