A spectacular lentil and sausage burger, accompanied by roasted vegetables. Very easy and quick to make.
Soak all the lentils with the sarraceno. The next day, wash them well and cook in plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Strain.
Place the diced onion in small cubes next to the carrot and garlic in a pan with coconut or olive oil and sauté. Once ready, process together with the lentils, the sarraceno and the spices indicated.
Add the flour and make balls. Crush with both hands and refrigerate for 3 hours or put them in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Once the time has passed, take them to the grill or to the pan. Eat them in sandwich format or with salads.
