When you're out and about but don't want to miss a healthy and tasty breakfast, it's best to stock up on nutrients and concentrate everything in a take-out jar. And voila, good, complete and I would even say relaxing
Prepare the porridge: in a saucepan pour the milk and add the oat flakes, stir until absorbed and add the egg white. Continue stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
When it is cold, add some honey and cannela, some chopped almonds and mix well. Pour everything into a jar, add the fruit mousse (I used apricot and apple)
Complete with pan-fried granola, goji berries and almonds. Close it all and enjoy it in complete calm.
