For a better result of this dish, and also for your digestion, it is advisable to put in the water (or in the milk, as you prefer) the oats all night long
The following morning drain well (if you have used water) and put the oats in a saucepan with coffee and soy milk (a cappuccino)
Cook over a low heat for 4/5 minutes, depending on the consistency you want
