The doses I give you are suitable for a pan of 20 or 22, the one I did was in an 18 cm pan and advanced enough dough to create a chubby muffin.

First we take care of the apples. We peel them, remove the core and gather in a bowl with a spoonful of lemon juice, so that they do not blacken. Separate the egg yolks from the whites, which we will go to mount with snow still.

In a bowl we collect the sugar and the yolks, working vigorously with the whisk, so as to assemble them to obtain a light and fluffy mixture. We add yogurt and milk.

Add the oil and alternate, the sieved powders and the whipped egg whites, working with a spatula or wooden spoon with movements from the bottom to the top, so as not to disassemble the mixture.

Lightly butter the pan, covering the bottom with parchment paper and flouring the sides. Pour just under half of the mixture and cover with the slices of apple.

Cover with the remaining dough and decorate with apples and dried fruit grains, before baking in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Check the cooking with a toothpick and if pulling it out of the cake is dry, we can take it out.
