A dish inspired by Valencian paella, enriched by different types of beans and a touch of originality: fried prawns in coconut flour
preparation

Wash the rice under running cold water, transfer it to a saucepan and mix the water, stir and light the low flame, baking it until it absorbs all the water, without turning it.

Once ready, transfer to a bowl and salt with salt, lemon juice, and then 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix, put the rice in a pan and let it cool to room temperature 2h.
