Blend the banana and keep it aside. mix oat flakes with honey. Add the blended banana to the oat flakes.
step 2
Heat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Oil at least 6 muffin molds. Fill the molds with the oat flake mixture creating baskets inside the mold.
step 3
Bake in a static oven for 15 minutes (or until cooked, each oven has its own characteristics). Fill them to taste !! I tried them with Skyr and peanut butter! Excellent alternative for breakfast!
