Leave the butter at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Put the butter in the mixer, eggs, sugar and milk. Run for a few seconds.

Combine flour, yeast, vanilla and mix well until a spumed and well-mixed compound is obtained.

Cover a 24cm baking sheet of pan, fill with the dough obtained. Cut the plums slices and spread them over the surface of the cake.

Cook at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
