Although there are several variants of this dish, all very similar to each other, this is the recipe that I usually follow when I want to prepare piadines. It's a variation to the recipe suggesting to me by a dear friend, Philip. It is completely vegan, since it has no lard (such as classic piadina), quite light because with little oil (well, relatively light, it is still flour) is very fast to do. Enjoy your meal!

I divide the mixture obtained in portions and, working each with my hands, form balls.

I flatten each ball of dough first with my hands to give a first shape, so more accurately with a rolling pin until the desired thickness (i prefer about 4 millimeters).

I heat a piadina face for a minute on a hot, oil-free pan, so I turn it on, put the desired stuffing on the piadina, close it and let it go for another minute for a while.
