Excellent to accompany snacks, eat it alone and enjoy its flavor and texture. It is not a leavened bread, but its consistency makes eating it unavoidable, in addition to taking advantage of the nutrients of quinoa!

They make bollitos, I made two and then cut them ... but you can make four .. and before I put them in the oven I made a mixture of olive oil (2 tbsp) plus a spoonful of nutritional yeast 1 cloves of garlic salt.
