The vegan carrot cake with chocolate chips is a dessert that I personally love very much. Like all vegan desserts is made with few ingredients and is lighter than traditional sweets, but do not worry, the taste is fantastic. Wash and peel the carrots, then whisk in a blender. Put the chopped carrots in a bowl and add the sugar, baking powder, milk and the oil.

Mix well, then add the flour gradually, stirring constantly until you get a smooth mixture.

Finally add the chocolate chips according to your taste as always I've put lots of it.

Grease a cake pan of 24 cm in diameter and pour the mixture. The ideal is to use a pan with the hinge or a silicone mold, because this cake tends to stick.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35-30 minutes. Do the toothpick test at the end, if it comes out dry, the cake is ready to be baked. Let it cool and cover with chocolate icing.
