When my friend had tasted my Sicilian cannoli and told me that they had the same exact taste of a typical of his country sweet I thought: BINGO !!! The raw food cooking challenge is in fact to be able to recreate flavors of home using non-vegan ingredients of animal origin, good fats and flours without glutinebuoni for the palate and for the physical! :

Do the same for the other spheres and form your cannoli. Then fill them with coffee cream can use a pastry bag and decorate with chopped hazelnuts and cinnamon powder.
