Soak the dried fruit with the peel grated dellarancia, its juice and liquor for about 24 hours. If you do not have the time available, let soak at least half an hour.

Pour into a baking dish I used a 22 and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes and for another 50 minutes at 160 degrees. After cooking, pour the remaining juice on the cake and let cool.
