My favorite bread to make homemade and taste is definitely the soda bread, first because it does not need to rise and 45/50 is ready, then you can prepare all even days to return from work, and second because it's yummy. I then adapted the recipe for those who are intolerant to dairy products then using the type 2 flour.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the liquid and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula.
