For my first birthday as vegan cakes I made these two making two sponge normal one vanilla and one chocolate making with pastry cream to orange and vanilla! He had a great success!

For the first sponge cake to the cocoa mixed wholemeal flour, 150 grams of cane sugar, cocoa powder, extra virgin olive oil, a packet of yeast, soy chocolate milk and bake at 180 for 35 minutes grad.

For the second sponge cake, mix well 0 flour, starch, sugar, sunflower oil and a teaspoon of vanilla yeast. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Once cooked the two sponge let cool. Cut them in half and use one half of each pastry cream to orange and close it with the other half of the sponge.
