A simple dessert, light, good. A classic that makes the whole famuglia happy, excellent for both breakfast and snack!

step 1
Whip the whole eggs with the sugar for about 5 minutes until they are frothy. Add the oil and milk, continuing to whisk at low speed. Finally add the flour and baking powder.

Whip for a few more minutes until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained and finally add half of an apple cut into cubes. Grease and flour a 25 cm cake pan. I preferred to use parchment paper. Pour the mixture leveling well.

Cut the apples into thin slices (I left them with the peel) and place them on the dough, without sinking them too much. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake at 170 degrees, static oven, very hot for about 45/50 minutes, checking the cooking with a toothpick!

Tip: open the oven after at least 30 minutes of cooking because opening before you can lose the effect of yeast!
