Simple #pancake without milk and sugar, light and with lots of protein. All you need is a saucepan and a few minutes available. :)

Combine the flour with the egg whites until you have an almost liquid consistency, add a little water (or enough, if you want the more liquid mixture you can add more). Add the cocoa and heat the saucepan.
