description
a filling greedy, light and tasty to create in a few simple gestures a complete dish to take to school, in the office or for an outdoor lunch! We cut it into slices and served as an aperitif to our friends with a very fresh ginger beer. Wide to the imagination for the fillings (that of tomatoes capers and olives is delicious !!!)
preparation
step 1
In a non-stick pan heat a pita on both sides. It will soften. Remove from heat, place it on a cutting board and cut it horizontally with a flat knife.
step 2
With a spiralizer, form the zucchini spaghetti. alternatively slice it thinly (you can also use a peeler)
step 3
Pour the zoodels (zucchini spaghetti) into the pan. Heat by adding a little water. Add turmeric and a little black pepper.
step 4
Slice the very thin tomatoes.
step 5
Fill half (the bottom half) of the pita with the spaghetti insaporti. Pour a drop of olive oil, gomasio and mint to taste.
step 6
Now put the tomato slices, a pinch of gomasio, oregano and extra virgin olive oil (a drop!
step 7
Transfer the pita to the non-stick pan
step 8
Let's close it with the other half and sprinkle the surface with another tomato (a fetet) oregano and a drop of oil. Heat with a very low flame
step 9
transfer the pita to a cutting board and taste it. If you want to serve it as an aperitif, cut it into 4!
step 10
you can choose the filling that you prefer! I made it in pizza version with tomato, oregano, capers and olives and it was exquisite. If you like a little 'onion powder will give a more determined taste !!
