Put milk and egg white in a saucepan over the heat and stir constantly until the mixture has thickened. Sweeten to taste (I added a teaspoon of honey)

Blend with a mixer, take a portion of pudding and add the coconut. Leave in the fridge. In the pudding still in the pan add some chocolate and let it melt. Mix well, pour into a bowl and refrigerate.
