If you want to try a different version of pancakes, this is for you! Ideal for those who do not want to use refined products. As a final touch I suggest you use fresh fruit in season or for the sweet tooth of hazelnut cream.
First of all chop the oats into the cutter until it becomes a flour. In a bowl put the oatmeal, wholemeal flour and baking powder and mix with the whisk to add the flour. Then slowly add the vegetable milk and form a dough.
