description
Suitable for everyone: from sportsmen, to growing children, to overweight people. This cake without butter, oil and sugar is ideal for breakfast. The delicate flavor of invisible courgettes (because they will not be blended as you can see) is dominated by the intense aroma of cocoa, thus making the dough softer and allowing the introduction of mineral salts and vitamins in the diet of those who eat few vegetables. For an even more protein-rich plumcake you can use oat flour or make a mix of more flour; subjective is the dose of sweetener, indicated approximately.
preparation
step 1
Insert in the mug of bimby the egg whites and zucchini cut into pieces, then program 30 sec. / Vel. 5. Whisk.
step 2
Clean the edges of the jug, then add the yogurt and honey. Mix in the following way: 20 sec. / Vel. 3.
step 3
Clean the sides of the jug again, then add the flour, cocoa and yeast (the latter necessarily) already sieved. Allow to mix for 1 min. / Vel. 3
step 4
Transfer the dough into a plumcake mold of the size of 23 and 10 cm (if it is made of silicone like mine it is not even necessary to grease it, while if you use a rigid mold you must line it with parchment paper.
step 5
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, then let cool with the door just opened. Before turning off the oven, do the toothpick test.
