Put the water to boil for the pasta and in the meantime start to cook the broccoli (in my case I used the frozen ones that I simply put in a pan with a little water)

When the water boils, toss the pasta, and in the meantime continue to cook the broccoli

Once the pasta and broccoli are ready, drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the broccoli, add the quark (I have also added paprika and lots of chili pepper). Turn to mix the ingredients, pour into the dish
