Cook the noodles for 4 minutes in boiling water, and set them aside.
Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in the wok, then add the chopped garlic. Sauté them for a minute before starting to add the other vegetables. Add the vegetables, all cut into julienne strips.
After cooking the vegetables over high heat, add the noodles to the vegetables and sauté for a couple of minutes before adding the disoia sauce.
At this point you just have to let everything flavor, and the noodles are ready (I also put some cubes of beef hamburder cooked separately and then cut into cubes)
