Mackerel with baked capers

A recipe given to us by a Sicilian doc
Soak the capers and then rinse thoroughly with water.
Finely chop the garlic with the parsley and mix with the breadcrumbs and the well-drained capers.
Mix everything with extra virgin olive oil, until a soft filling is obtained.
Put the mixture thus obtained on the slices of swordfish, taking care to close them well by applying pressure to the edges of the slice.
Oil a baking pan where to place the slices sprinkled with chopped tomatoes.
Put in the oven for about 20/30 minutes at 200 °. The rolls are even more tasty the next day.
The quantities of the ingredients that will form the filling are a personal taste ..... the slices of swordfish must be thin enough to make the roll.
