step 1
Take 16 wholemeal bread slices and with a coppapasta from medium-sized we take the central part obtaining a round bread heart.

Now we go on a hot grill for grilling 8 eggplant slices possibly the same size of the bread and the bread itself.

Take one or two round tomatoes from ripe and derive salad 8 medium-thick slices. We do the same with mozzarella.
