Prepare the matcha tea: Pour the 2 teaspoons of tea into a cup and add lukewarm water. Mix with the chasen (small bamboo whisk) or with an electric mixer.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the egg whites with the whisk until stiff.

Separately whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a creamy and well-ventilated mixture. Add the yogurt and blend carefully for a few minutes.

Embed the egg whites with a spatula, stirring from top to bottom to continue to incorporate air.

For the assembly you will have to alternate a layer of ladyfingers previously soaked in Matcha tea with one of cream. Leave the MatchaMiSu in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
